Provide Object Format for SCRT Tool

Currently, SCRT Tool provides the report in a CSV format that requires any consumer to understand the context of each row of data. This makes pulling out individual pieces, and processing the report without a substantial amount of bespoke code, non-trivial. Please provide, with an option to the SCRT Tool execution, the capability to generate an additional report in a common object format like JSON or YAML for more straightforward consumption of SCRT Tool output. This would allow us, and other customers, the capability to consume targeted bits of data and track trends more easily with common tools designed to consume object-oriented data natively.
