Provide a "Mobile Workload Pricing Defining Program" Product ID for use with Mobile Workload Pricing (MWP) for z/TPF.

I hope this is the correct platform to ask for this enhancement.
I'm using IBM's scrt-29-1-1 document here as a reference.
As per the aforementioned document, MWP data can be provided to the SCRT package through the INPUTCSV DD statement. When the data originates from z/TPF this is actually the only way. The format of this data is described in the document's subchapter titled "Format of the INPUTCSV input data for Mobile Workload Pricing", page 202. My request is for the first line of that data, the Product Row.
Is it mandatory to have at least one valid Product ID on the Product Row? If yes, I request a generic Product ID for use by z/TPF. The mobile workload software used by the SNCF is a home-grown application, not an IBM product. So the Product ID I am asking for is a dummy ID, not an actual IBM Product ID, to be used to fulfill a formal requirement. I suggest "9999-TPF".

See "Additional details" for the background for this request.
